Wen is a certified professional in web accessibility (CPWA) and Google certified UX designer who also specializes in digital collections and content management systems. Wen enjoys bringing together metadata and user experience design to build effective systems, currently working as a Digital Collections Librarian in Virginia Tech Libraries.

Before joining the non-profit organization, Wen worked as a credit analyst, banker, and a business owner. The business management and banking background helped Wen developed invaluable analytical and strategic management skills to excel in all positions.
